1. Press the Windows button on the keyboard or click the Windows icon at bottom left of the screen and type printers. Click on Printers & scanners.
2. Scroll down and select the Kyocera printer you wish to add the copy code and click Manage
3. Click on Printing preferences
4. Click on Job and then Settings
5. Enter your code in the box and click OK
