1. Click to open Cisco Jabber application 
   
2. Enter your username & password. Then click Sign In. 
   Your username: first letter of your first name and full last name 
   Your password (default): ndsj2021
                                                                                         
3. Click on the name initial to change the profile and settings: Status, My Profile, Settings, and Sign Out.
    
4. Click on the  icon to view or add contacts.
    
5. Click on the message icon  to send messages.
6. Click on the phone icon  to make calls.
   Note: For external calls, enter 9 and then 1 and then the number with the area code
   
7. Click on the voicemail icon  to listen to voicemail. 
   
8. To record voice message, click on the  icon
