1. Go to this shared path R:\IT\Public\Software\Cisco
  2. Copy Cisco Jabber folder and paste it into C:\ drive. 
       
  3. Right-click on ciscojabber and click Run as administrator.
  4. A prompt will pop up and ask “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”. Click Yes.
  5. Click Accept and Install.
  6. Wait a few minutes for the installation to complete.
  7. When it is done, click Finish.
  8. A pop-up window will ask to Verify Certificate. Click Accept.
  9. Then click Sign in. 
                                       
  10. Enter username & password and click Sign In
    Your username: first letter of your first name and full last name WITH @ndsj.org at the end for the first-time logging into Cisco Jabber
    Your password (default): ndsj2021 
  11. Click Reset.
  12. Log back in without @ndsj.org.
  13. It will ask to verify certificate again. Click Accept
  14. Once you are logged in, click on your name initial and go to Settings
  15. Click on Accounts. Enter the Username & Password for Voicemail and click OK. 
    Your username: first letter of your first name and full last name WITHOUT @ndsj.org at the end
    Your password (default): ndsj2021
    Note: Voicemail will not work if your credentials are not entered correctly.
  16. Done
